Shipping in the U.S.

Orders ship via USPS First Class mail and may be upgraded to USPS Priority Flat Rate.

Small monogrammed accessories & gifts will ship in 5-7 business days from receipt of order.  All personalized orders will ship in 10-12 business days from receipt of order.  Custom orders will receive an estimated shipping time once order is received, based on the nature of customization involved.  Business Days are recognized as Monday - Friday, not including weekends & Holidays.  Need to Rush your order?  Please contact us PRIOR to purchase so we can be sure that we are able to fulfill your request, also Rush orders will incur an additional Rush Fee.

International Shipping (Everywhere Else)**

**Shipping charges for International Orders will be invoiced after order has been placed.  All International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International and start at $17.50 USD.  If you would like a quote prior to making your purchase, please email us [email protected]


Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds

All items are made to order; due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.  Please be sure to carefully read the *Important Notice* in the item's listing to be sure that you include all of the required information for your order, and please proof-read as we will personalize your item with the information as you provide it!  If you do not leave the required information in your Note to Seller at checkout, your order could be delayed while we attempt to collect this information from you.  We understand that circumstances may arise that require an item to be returned, these returns require PRIOR Authorization for return, which must be requested NO MORE than 3 business days of receipt of item.  Custom and personalized items may not be returned.

Cancellations MUST be made no more than 2 hours from receipt of order.  If a situation arises where you must cancel, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.  If contacting via email, please write CANCELLATION in the subject.

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis in conjunction with our return policy, see above.


Local Monogramming Pricing & Info:

We are happy to monogram on items you provide, however, we reserve the right to refuse to stitch on any item we do not feel confident will benefit from embroidery or that may not successfully be embroidered.

Monogram Pricing starts at $8 which includes our Set up Fee and the first 6,000 stitches.

Price per 1000 stitches after the initial 6000 is as follows:

6001-10K stitches = $1.25/1000

10,001- 15K stitches = $1.15/1000

15,001 - 20K stitches = $1.00/1000


FAQ

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.  Don't have a PayPal account? No worries, you can still checkout as a Guest with PayPal.

What if I am a Local order, how can I pay?

For local, in person orders, we happily accept Cash, Check, and all Major Credit Cards via Square Card Reader.

Is my information secure?

Yes, your info is safe with us!  SoChick Handbags & Embroidery will never sell your information to a third party, however, we may send you an email to follow-up with an order or to thank you for your purchase.

Your information is also protected through Big Cartel's latest and most current SSL.  Your payment information is encrypted and secured through PayPal.
